Responsibilities

Planning & Resource Allocation

  • Act as the central point of coordination between the Marketing Director, Creative Director, marketing leads, and the internal design & content studio
  • Translate campaign and GTM plans into clear resource plans, balancing priorities across teams that drive pipeline
  • Track resourcing needs, bandwidth, and upcoming work streams to ensure teams are set up for success
  • Proactively flag risks or bottlenecks and help re-align priorities when needed

Project Management of Key Initiatives

  • Own project plans for strategic campaigns and launches — from product GTMs to brand campaigns and Partner Day
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, keeping stakeholders informed and accountable across marketing, product, and partnerships
  • Create and manage timelines, project trackers, and post-mortem reviews to continuously improve execution

Strategic Marketing Operations

  • Support quarterly and annual marketing planning cycles, working closely with the CMO and leadership team
  • Help define and monitor key operational metrics (e.g. campaign delivery velocity, team throughput, resource utilisation)
  • Contribute to tooling and process improvements to help the team scale effectively
