Locala is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to develop and implement processes, technology, and data strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing organization. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing automation, data analysis, and process optimization—ideally gained at high-growth B2B software companies with an AdTech industry background being particularly helpful as well.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration and optimization of our HubSpot instance as well as third-party integrations (ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Wordpress, Linkedin, etc.) to streamline workflows and maintain data integrity.
  • Act as the primary project manager for HubSpot, ensuring proper workflows, processes, and automations are implemented and optimized for both marketing and sales teams.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges including development and implementation of automated workflows in HubSpot, ensuring efficient processes for lead management, source attribution, data handling, and operational tasks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HubSpot data to generate actionable insights, create detailed reports and dashboards, and monitor backend system performance and workflow efficiency. Analyze, track, and report on marketing and sales performance, making data-driven recommendations and implementing optimizations across all campaigns and channels.
  • Continuously test, debug, and refine workflows and automation processes to enhance performance, reliability, and data consistency across the system. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend technical issues related to HubSpot workflows, automation, integrations, and data integrity.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs, leveraging marketing technology to enhance targeting, tracking, and analytics capabilities. Develop and implement effective list segmentation and scoring strategies to deliver targeted, personalized messaging, driving improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders, empowering them to maximize the value of our HubSpot environment.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for workflow configurations, lead management, system integrations, and operational processes, promoting consistency and efficiency across technical teams.
  • Lead completion of executive and other internal stakeholder presentations requests as needed
