The role We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the systems that power our growth engine. You’ll own marketing automation, CRM integrity, attribution, and campaign infrastructure. This role ensures our marketing programs are measurable, scalable, and aligned with revenue. You are welcome to work remotely from the United States. Your responsibilities will include: Own and manage marketing automation (HubSpot or similar) Maintain CRM structure, lifecycle stages, and lead routing Build and optimize lead scoring models Manage campaign tracking and attribution frameworks Ensure reporting accuracy and dashboard integrity Improve marketing workflows and automation Partner with Sales and RevOps to align systems Evaluate and manage marketing tech stack We expect you to have: 5+ years in marketing operations or revenue operations Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Strong understanding of attribution and funnel analytics Technical mindset with strong attention to detail Experience in PLG and/or sales-assisted motions Bonus: SQL or advanced data skills Key employee benefits in the US: Health insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families. 401(k) plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
