We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Marketing Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing execution, process optimization, and project management, while still having a keen eye for brand storytelling.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role (preferably in fashion, retail, or luxury goods).
  • Creative Acumen: Ability to manage creative production processes and ensure strong brand alignment.
  • Project Management: Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. (Experience with project management tools like Asana, or Trello is a plus.)
  • Time management skills: Able to meet deadlines, plan and adjust priorities to deliver assets on time.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to measure results and optimize strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Must have a Driver licence

ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, production) and external partners to optimize marketing workflows, oversee content and campaign execution, and ensure the smooth operation of our marketing department.
This is a hands-on role requiring both operational expertise and the ability to create snackable content and manage compelling marketing content.
