ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, momentum, and operational excellence to a fast-paced, high-output marketing team. Sitting at the intersection of creative, marketing, and product, this individual contributor will focus on driving the end-to-end delivery of marketing work, with a particular emphasis on creative production, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a role for someone who loves turning chaos into clarity. You’ll be the go-to operator who keeps work moving, standards high, and teams aligned, while remaining agile in an environment where priorities evolve rapidly. You will report directly to the CMO, with a dotted line to the Head of Product Operations, working closely to align marketing and product workflows and facilitate cross-team ideation.
