Marketing Operations Manager   Overview The Marketing Operations Manager schedules, executes, and coordinates marketing projects to enhance branding, dealer success, and cross-brand collaboration. They manage project phases—from scheduling planning through delivery—while overseeing and tracking, cross-functional partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets. Key Responsibilities Project Management * Define project scope, goals, metrics, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and marketing team * Develop budgets and timelines; estimate required resources * Execute projects within scope and budget * Manage project management tools (Monday.com) and maintain accurate tracking * Deliver regular progress reports and conduct post-mortems to identify lessons learned * Evaluate and implement emerging digital tools, automation, and integrations * Assess and manage marketing platforms and complex vendor relationships * Pilot and launch new technologies with internal stakeholders for seamless adoption Cross-Functional Collaboration * Communicate project elements clearly to internal teams * Foster alignment between Sales, Marketing, and cross-brand teams Analysis & Reporting * Track and report on KPIs, ROI, and project performance * Manage budget spend and performance metrics for promotions and programs * Collect and report on market research, competitive analysis, and dealer program data Operations * Manage dealer databases and marketing throughput * Assist in identifying value propositions for key programs Required Qualifications Experience * 5+ years in B2B marketing (product launches, sales enablement, branding, analytics) * Proven project management success with strategic initiatives * Experience analyzing data, managing KPIs, developing reporting and technology integrations * Knowledge of dealer networks and branding strategies Technical Skills * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Project management platform experience (Monday.com or similar) * Marketing platform and data analysis capability Competencies * Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) across all organizational levels * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail * Cross-functional leadership and relationship-building skills * Adaptability, reliability, and negotiation ability   Qualifications * 5+ years in B2B marketing (product launches, sales enablement, branding, analytics) * Proven project management success with strategic initiatives * Experience analyzing data, managing KPIs, developing reporting and technology integrations * Knowledge of dealer networks and branding strategies
