POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive multiple key initiatives with our Marketing Operations team, focusing on AI-driven workflows, content management, and automation for a variety of Microsoft marketing campaigns and programs. This role will be pivotal in overseeing end-to-end project management for cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and utilizing advanced technology and processes to optimize marketing and operational strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple high-priority projects in areas such as content optimization, accessibility, SEO strategy, website management, SharePoint management, AI and automation integrations, and creative asset development. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, external partners, and vendors to drive results across these areas while ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-7 years of Project Management experience, with a focus on digital marketing, content management, and automation projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively (Native English or C2 level).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with various teams (marketing, design, development, analytics).
  • Proactive self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with various teams, including marketing, design, development, and analytics.
  • Experience managing projects related to marketing automation systems (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Foundry, Copilot).
  • Proficient in sprint-based, agile project management methodologies, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and implement improvements across workflows.
  • Ability to interpret data results and translate them into meaningful business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Excel for cost estimates and reporting on programs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with SEO best practices/tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Analytics) and website optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, CMS, content governance practices, Adobe Experience Manager, Power BI, Accessibility Insights, and AzureDevOps.
  • Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem (as Microsoft FTE, vendor, or partner) with a strong understanding of Microsoft’s corporate culture and field organizations.
    Compensation: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position is between $90,000 up to $130,000 annually. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is based on several factors including market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, as well as Inviso’s differing lines of business. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal/delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with account, design, development, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content and assets that meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Oversee all project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget execution of deliverables.
  • Manage daily project coordination, tracking milestones, deliverables, and addressing potential roadblocks or delays.
  • Lead and motivate teams to ensure successful project completion and delivery.
  • Oversee the integration of AI tools to streamline workflows for content updates, SEO tasks, accessibility compliance, and more, working closely with SME teams to ensure continuous optimization and AI readiness.
  • Coordinate the creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs), ensuring alignment on priorities, contributing to campaign analysis, and interpreting results for optimization.
  • Monitor and improve project workflows and processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency across marketing initiatives.
  • Create proposals and statements of work, estimating project timelines and budgets as needed.
