Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Marketing Operations Section Manager BE at Nissan Benelux, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in the BeLux region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on data analysis, strategic planning, campaign management, and team leadership. Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure campaign performance, track ROI, and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Ability to identify market opportunities, consumer insights, and industry trends.
  • Leadership skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing marketing teams. Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Ability to build strong relationships and work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
  • Results-oriented: Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results. Ability to prioritize initiatives, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry. Willingness to embrace new technologies, trends, and marketing strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous
  • Language skills: English and French or Dutch on a fluent level is required

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Operations: Streamline and optimize marketing processes and workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Implement marketing automation tools (mainly excel driven) and technologies to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data and leverage consumer behavior insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Be the voice of the market. Provide insights from local Sales teams towards product & brand hub functions to adjust local offers & campaign
  • Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of Nissan Benelux. Identify target markets, consumer segments, and key value propositions to enhance brand positioning and market presence.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve marketing objectives. Monitor expenditures, track campaign performance, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire one marketing professional, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the marketing department.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and regional marketing teams, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
