Description Overview The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring marketing efforts deliver desired results. Utilizing a combination of technical expertise and analytical skills, your work will focus on executing and optimizing various marketing initiatives to drive conversions. Acting as a bridge between marketing strategy and technology, you will manage the tech stack, analyze data, streamline workflows, and ensure campaigns launch smoothly. You will own the operational mechanics, including workflow automation, attribution, conversion/KPI tracking, lead handoff, campaign setup, reporting, and analysis. Core responsibilities Plan and execute campaigns, including audience targeting, list segmentation, tracking, messaging, lead capture, and landing page development Build reports/dashboards to provide visibility into KPIs Monitor and analyze data, providing recommendations and learnings to continuously improve results Oversee lead management and handoff processes, maintaining integration between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless handoff to sales Develop, manage, and optimize HubSpot workflows, including triggers, testing, and automated responses Drive best-in-class data capture and management to ensure database accuracy, performing regular health checks, cleansing, and data enrichment Evaluate existing processes and technologies, making recommendations to optimize performance, improve efficiency and leverage automation Key attributes High attention to detail and standards for quality Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and tackling complex challenges Obsessive about testing, tracking, and measurement with ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights and solutions Understands and applies frameworks to design repeatable, scalable workflows, and ensure smooth project execution Takes initiative, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and drives projects through completion with minimal oversight Qualifications 3–5 years working in digital marketing, operations, or demand generation Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
