Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will manage our marketing automation platform and support the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and contribute to revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and events teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, effective lead management, and optimized performance reporting. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms to support lead generation, nurturing, and customer engagement.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing automation data integrity, including syncing, list uploads, segmentation, and lead scoring.
  • Develop and manage campaign assets, such as email templates, landing pages, forms, and automation rules.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels (search, social, display, email) to maximize ROI.
  • Create and schedule social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive engagement and awareness.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, ad platforms, and Salesforce dashboards, providing actionable insights and reporting.
  • Support website content management, ensuring updates follow SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead management processes and support timely event follow-up.

Salary Range: $70,000- $80,000 + Bonus + Benefits, Dependent on Experience
