Your responsibilities will include: Evaluate, manage, and modify marketing operations systems or tools to improve functionality and efficiency. Coordinate Health Care Professional (HCP) contracts and ensure timely submission of compensation requests following engagement activities, in alignment with compliance and transparency requirements. Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of combined experience. 1-2 years' experience in a highly regulated industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with success and accuracy. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization. Experience with marketing systems, CRM platforms, or digital tools. Familiarity with HCP contracting processes and compliance protocols. Prior experience in coordinating events or educational engagements. Knowledge of quality systems and regulated documentation practices.
