Role Overview We are looking for a senior, execution-focused marketing professional to run the marketing engine, not reinvent it. This role is about people leadership, coordination, project discipline, and marketing judgment, ensuring AI-generated strategies and materials are executed effectively, refined intelligently, and aligned to what actually works in the market. You will act as the bridge between AI output, human judgment, and business outcomes. Responsibilities Own execution and quality control of AI-generated marketing strategies, campaigns, creatives, and videos, applying strong marketing judgment to ensure brand, positioning, and commercial alignment. Translate CEO direction into clear action plans, timelines, and deliverables while planning, coordinating, and controlling end-to-end campaign execution across channels. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring priorities, dependencies, approvals, and deadlines are consistently met. Lead and coordinate the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders, driving disciplined execution, collaboration, and alignment. Monitor campaign performance and qualitative impact, provide actionable feedback to improve AI outputs and future prompts, and report progress, risks, and outcomes directly to the CEO while continuously improving execution efficiency. Shift: 9.00am - 6.00pm Location: Battaramulla (On-Site) Requirements 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Proven exposure to campaign execution, coordination, and delivery Strong understanding of what converts, what scales, and what fails Experience working with or alongside Generative AI tools is mandatory Exceptional people and coordination skills Strong project management discipline High accountability and follow-through Ability to work under direct CEO direction Able to challenge outputs constructively, not emotionally Team-oriented, directive-aware, and outcome-driven Mature enough to manage complexity without noise
