Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive marketing success? Quadient is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing marketing platforms, enhancing campaign performance, and supporting lead generation and nurturing efforts across regional and global campaigns.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to manage marketing technologies, build effective campaigns, and deliver insightful performance reports. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for innovation will help elevate our marketing operations to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support for marketing technologies and tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Build and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and data capture forms.
- Support end-to-end management and execution of regional and global marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, including email performance.
- Perform data imports, segmentation, and lead list management to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Monitor and process updates related to data quality, including bounce backs and subscription preferences.
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure tools and platforms are utilized effectively.
- Advocate for continuous improvement in marketing technologies and workflows.
