In this critical role, you will support campaign and field marketers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Your efforts will directly contribute to the operational success of marketing initiatives, ensuring that programs launch efficiently and with significant impact. As a proactive and detail-oriented professional, you will collaborate closely with various teams to empower them in achieving their marketing goals while navigating a fast-paced environment. \n Accountabilities Manage all incoming operations requests via our internal ticketing system, partnering with campaign and field marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-time execution. Build and launch emails, landing pages, registration workflows and follow-ups, ensuring flawless execution. Own and maintain the email calendar, collaborating across teams to optimize timing, prioritization, and segmentation strategy. Define the right audiences, build accurate segmentation lists, and ensure strong campaign performance. Act as an advanced user of marketing technologies, with solid experience in campaign tools. Track and report on campaign performance and present insights to regional stakeholders. Ensure all campaigns follow data privacy standards and internal governance practices. Champion best practices as an operational consultant to regional teams, helping marketers elevate their campaign execution. Requirements 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing roles in a B2B or tech environment. Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools, with a strong preference for certification. Hands-on experience with email marketing and related campaign tools. Familiarity with CRM and segmentation tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ticket-based workflow. A collaborative mindset with effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven with strong attention to detail and passion for accuracy.
