What you’ll do: Own assigned operational tasks and recurring processes, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule. Track team deliverables, action items, and deadlines; follow up with owners and escalate risks as appropriate. Create and maintain team documentation (process notes, trackers, runbooks, FAQs, and meeting notes) to ensure continuity and clarity. Support weekly and monthly status reporting by compiling updates, highlighting dependencies, and summarizing progress. Coordinate meetings and logistics as needed, including agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-ups. Partner with global stakeholders across time zones, providing timely responses and maintaining clear communication. Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis in internal tools to support business outcomes. Identify process improvement opportunities and propose simple, scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and errors. Support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities to ensure seamless transitions of responsibilities. Maintain compliance with company policies related to data handling, confidentiality, and security. What you need to bring: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in business, operations, analytics, communications, or a related field. 1–2+ years of experience in operations, program support, or an administrative/coordination role. Knowledge and Skills: Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with solid analytical capabilities. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
