Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations & Technology Manager to join our dynamic team. You will manage core marketing technology, optimise workflows, and oversee marketing briefs to equip the team with essential tools and data. You’ll integrate tech (Marketing Cloud), manage key campaign automation, and drive efficiency across marketing through clear briefs and streamlined processes. You will be:

  • Optimising Marketing Workflows: Designing and implementing efficient processes from brief to execution.
  • Managing and Integrating Marketing Technology: Ensuring effective use of Marketing Cloud and other key platforms.
  • Establishing Clear Briefing Processes: Creating and enforcing standardised, actionable marketing briefs.
  • Driving Data-Driven Performance Insights: Developing reporting and providing actionable recommendation
