In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the firm’s growth by filling advisor schedules with qualified appointments. You will engage with prospects through outbound calling, event follow-up, and multi-channel marketing strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building rapport, and is skilled at moving prospects from interest to action.

Key Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and confirm qualified appointments to fill advisor schedules
  • Conduct outbound calls to seminar attendees, event participants, and other leads
  • Follow up with prospects in the sales funnel to increase engagement and conversion
  • Call qualified clients for periodic or annual review meetings
  • Manage and follow up with leads from multiple sources (radio programs, seminars, events, referrals)
  • Track and report lead sources, prospect status, and marketing performance
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event communications with RSVPs and attendees
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing seminars, client events, and workshops
  • Maintain accurate prospect data and notes in CRM for compliance and follow-up
  • Assist with email marketing list management and campaign execution

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven success in outbound appointment setting or sales calls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry knowledge in financial services
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Marketing coordination experience
