We are looking for a proactive, creative, and engagement-focused Marketing & Outreach Specialist to support our growth. This role blends hands-on marketing with strategic outreach — identifying prospects, engaging partners, and supporting leadership in expanding our network locally and overseas. What You’ll DoMarketing & Creative Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across digital platforms to strengthen brand presence. Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and guidelines for designers, videographers, and external vendors. Lead and coordinate events such as workshops, product launches, and industry exhibitions. Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales and BD objectives. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely campaign delivery. Continuously optimise website, social media channels, and digital platforms to increase engagement. Outreach, Partnerships & Engagement Identify potential partners, collaborators, and strategic contacts through LinkedIn, industry platforms, and market research. Support CEO and senior leadership by preparing targeted outreach lists and engagement plans for business trips, partner visits, and meetings. Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, digital channels, and email to connect with prospects and partners. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, industry groups, and potential collaborators. Monitor industry trends to identify new partnership or outreach opportunities. Support BD and management teams with pitches, presentations, proposals, demos, and follow-up engagement. Align partnership outreach with marketing strategies to drive awareness, collaboration, and new business Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, outreach, partnerships, or business development support. Strong research and engagement skills with the ability to identify and connect with partners or prospects. Experience managing social media, digital platforms, and CRM tools. Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
