Specializing in the sale of pre-construction projects, our real estate team is looking for a Marketing Intern who will report to the Marketing Manager and contribute to the lead generation process from start to finish.

• Reports to the Marketing Manager Managing social media components of Impact Condo Investments and facilitate the following platforms including but is not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linked-In, and YouTube
• Assist the Marketing Manager & Associate in putting together Marketing Presentations, that are consistent with company guidelines and operating plans
• Printing out packages for all projects and filling in the corresponding folder
• Assist the Marketing Manager with implementing Marketing Initiatives.
• Basic knowledge for website development and social media development strategies Assist in extracting Marketing Materials from broker portals and inputting in Google Drive
• Be competent with Windows Office Suite, Gmail, Google Suite, Google Ads, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Zoom, and Canva.
• Take part in team meetings and appointments when invited
• Understand company goals and upcoming projects.
• Assist in monitoring current ongoing campaigns across all platforms.
• Ongoing knowledge development of new marketing platforms, social media features and online tools
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to manager and contribute to sales growth Assist in other ad-hoc projects, as necessary
