Job Description Key Tasks Partner mapping & onboarding: identify, qualify, and onboard partners across MEA (integrators, resellers, distributors, solution partners). Maintain partner map, coverage gaps, and next actions. lead generation: source and qualify leads via partners, LinkedIn outreach, and direct prospecting. Book remote meetings, nurture prospects, and hand over qualified opportunities to sales (or support closure based on process). Market research & segmentation (MEA): build target segments by country/industry, create account lists, and identify decision makers and buying triggers. Track competitor activity and pricing signals when available. Events & expos (partner-led): hunt relevant expos and conferences, coordinate joint participation with partners, prepare event messaging/materials, and ensure lead capture + follow-up plan. Organic LinkedIn motion: run a weekly LinkedIn plan (posting + engagement + targeted outreach) focused on generating inbound interest and partner activation. Content + design: create and design LinkedIn posts (single + carousel) and sales-ready assets (one-pagers, short decks, partner kits) tailored to the product portfolio. Portfolio growth: expand the partner portfolio and increase partner activity (enablement sessions, co-marketing, joint pipeline reviews). Qualifications Must Have 3-5 years of Experience. Remote selling mindset (pipeline discipline, meeting booking, follow-up, conversion focus). Strong presentation + design skills (clean decks, one-pagers, clear visual storytelling). AI tools usage is mandatory (market research, segmentation, content, and deck building). Strong communication & ownership with solid pipeline tracking (Sheets/CRM).
