Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for analyzing data from various marketing channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. They will develop and implement tracking and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement. They will report to the Digital Marketing Manager to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance. Additionally, they will be responsible for developing campaigns, dashboards, visualizations, and reports to analyze customer behavior and trends.

Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 salary, DOE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of all things digital; SEO, Google PPC, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in various digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and developing dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data analysis.

  • Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Intelligence tools to analyze the performance of our digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop visually appealing dashboards and reports to track key metrics and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to identify and prioritize areas for optimization.
  • Work with technical teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Oversee and understand all digital pipelines and channels to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
