EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING:

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or client account management.
• Proven marketing consultation expertise with a strong ability to coach clients toward success.
• Experience in digital marketing, broadcast media, paid advertising, and email marketing.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to provide constructive feedback and guide clients effectively.
• Adaptability to adjust strategies based on evolving priorities and client needs.

• Provide Strategic Marketing Guidance – Be a subject matter expert in AE’s media services, helping advisors refine their lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies.
• Deliver Personalized Coaching – Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress, refine strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze and Optimize Performance – Evaluate marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring advisors see measurable results.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with AE’s media and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends – Keep up with the latest marketing automation tools, digital advertising trends, and best practices to continuously enhance coaching strategies.
