POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Planner to join our team. The Marketing Planner will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and executing marketing plans that align with business goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email, social media, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability to shifting priorities.
