Job Description Core Responsibilities: Marketing Budget Planning & Tracking Be a super user of the budget system; Own data integrity and real time spend accuracy. Provide support for the integration and analysis of the CSM budget. Support new marketing budget system launch in China Market; configure fields, train users, monitor adoption. GWP Planning & Execution Responsible for FOC & MTO plan consolidation, ensuring detailed granularity down to channel / SKU level based on the latest CS estimation and channel requirements. Provide timely review of FOC incl. actual budget usage, YTG plan, GWP stock est., etc.. Consolidate cross channel MTO demand, assist to place order to external vendor. Marketing Campaign Integration Support team on the CSM campaign integration incl. budget, activations, MTO, etc.. Others Manage ad-hoc projects or processes with support from senior colleagues Do you have what it takes? 1-2 years of working experience in planning or marketing related functions Strong data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and PPT) Strong team player and good x-functional communication skills. #LISZ Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
