Join the dynamic Marketing Automation & Platforms (MAP) team as a Marketing Platform Manager for Inbound Engagement Channels. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to drive SAP’s technology strategy for inbound prospecting technology used by business development representatives. This role will be instrumental in establishing the foundation to deliver an exceptional personalized experience for SAP’s customers.
As the Platform Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological roadmap for marketing capabilities across shared platforms between business development and sales including CRM and Outreach.io. You will also lead the implementation, configuration and day-to-day management of new AI-driven technologies for live inbound channels, such as chat and phone.

EXPECTATIONS & TASKS:

  • Work with business stakeholders in Marketing Business Development, Data Strategy and IT to gather business requirements for tech and data requirements related to systems supporting inbound lead flows and lead qualification.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes in alignment with lead qualification best practices, aiming to deliver better business outcomes.
  • Plan & prioritize the IT roadmap to align with the business roadmap continuously assessing critical business needs and expected benefits.
  • Oversee and own End2End testing of new platform features and integrations, working closely with IT and business teams.
  • Document technical deliverables and optimizations and create processes that enable marketers to leverage the new technologies and data insights. Implement a Train-the-Trainer approach for knowledge sharing.
  • Manage the configuration and ongoing maintenance of platforms and capabilities, ensuring that all features, workflows, and integrations are set up and working correctly.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the platforms to ensure they are operating at peak performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the platforms, including system errors, data synchronization issues, and user functionality problems.
