As a Cognyter you will: Serve as the operational backbone of the marketing organization, ensuring visibility, alignment, and execution discipline across all activities. Acting as a trusted partner to the Head of Marketing and leadership team, this role drives focus, synchronization, and operational excellence across global marketing programs. Support leadership in preparing internal alignment materials such as QBR and strategy presentations by gathering inputs, consolidating information, and creating clear, consistent decks that communicate marketing performance, priorities, and plans. Coordinate and support cross-functional projects such as new website builds, major events, or rebranding initiatives. Maintain the master marketing calendar, implement best practices and standardized workflows to improve efficiency, and manage marketing collateral systems to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and brand consistency. Own the quarterly marketing budget management process, ensuring accurate tracking, visibility, and control of spend across all marketing functions. Consolidate data on budget, committed spend (POs), planned spend, and remaining funds, and coordinate with Finance and Admins to ensure timely supplier payments and smooth financial operations. Support team culture and engagement by coordinating welfare activities such as fun days, team events, and birthday celebrations, /helping to foster a positive, connected, and motivated marketing organization. Requirements For that mission you’ll need: Ability to take ownership of projects, driving initiatives and engaging cross-functional teams toward common goals Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders Good understanding of marketing processes, campaigns, and high-tech industry dynamics Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve project challenges Experience in Excel, Powerpoint, Monday.com, and Sharepoint Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio is an advantage Excellent English and Hebrew We believe that diverse teams drive the greatness of ideas, products, and companies.
