MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role
• Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Strong digital marketing, SEO, and web management knowledge.
• Experience with CRM, CMS, and email marketing tools (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  · Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the group’s services, capabilities, and brand.
  · Manage PR campaigns to enhance visibility across traditional and digital media.
  · Build and maintain relationships with press and media outlets.
  · Coordinate and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  · Maintain and regularly update company websites to ensure content is current, engaging, and aligned with branding.
  · Optimise SEO and web traffic strategies.
  · Manage social media channels and analytics reporting.
  · Create targeted recruitment campaigns and collateral to attract top talent.
  · Support HR in promoting career opportunities and company culture.
  · Produce engaging newsletters for both internal staff and external stakeholders.
  · Coordinate and align messaging to ensure brand consistency.
  · Work with department leads to gather content and success stories.
  · Assist with identifying and targeting tenders and frameworks aligned with strategic growth goals.
  · Create marketing materials and tailored presentations to support bid submissions.
  · Develop campaigns to attract new blue-chip clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
