QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree.- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with global organisational objectives.- Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and solve complex problems.- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.- Ability to manage ambiguity, conflict, and change effectively in a fast-moving, ever evolving working environment.Preferred Qualifications:- Master’s degree in a relevant field.- Experience managing a full procurement lifecycle in a global organisation.- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager with a strong track record in marketing procurement within a multinational organisation.- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, best practices, and marketing spend trends in the EMEA region.- Familiarity with procurement software and tools such as Ariba and Coupa.

Through providing professional management of procurement resources, selecting high-quality suppliers, and managing supplier performance, we aim to improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and compliance of the company’s procurement practices, fostering a sustainable business environment.Responsibilities:- Lead sourcing initiatives across marketing categories (e.g. media, creative agencies, production, digital marketing, events, PR), securing competitive and value-driven commercial terms.- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for marketing-related goods and services, from strategic planning and vendor selection through to contract execution and delivery.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketing suppliers and agencies, tracking performance through regular reviews and ensuring service-level agreements are met.- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Finance to understand business objectives, influence decision-making, and provide procurement expertise tailored to marketing spend.- Conduct ongoing market intelligence and benchmarking to stay abreast of pricing trends, supplier innovations, and industry dynamics, with a focus on marketing and communications.- Ensure procurement activities within the marketing category are compliant with internal policies, governance frameworks, and ethical standards.- Develop and implement category strategies and cost-saving initiatives within marketing procurement to drive efficiency, transparency, and value across campaigns and initiatives.
