Responsibilities


    • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns: You’ll manage timelines, resources, and key milestones across campaigns that span Marketing, Product, New Business, and Existing Business teams.

    • Be the cross-functional connector: You’ll align stakeholders from across the business—bridging the gaps between New Business, Existing Business, and Product Marketing.
    • Turn briefs into action: You’ll translate ideas and goals into clear project plans, drive progress, and ensure every team knows what’s next, along with the priority of value.
    • Spot and solve issues early: Whether it’s a resourcing challenge, shifting priority, or misaligned scope, you’ll flag it early and find a path forward.
    • Champion operational excellence: You’ll bring best practices in planning, tooling, and delivery—constantly improving how we work together.
    • Enable others to thrive: By keeping projects on track, you’ll give marketers, designers, and strategists the space to focus and create with confidence.
    • Enable the multi-channel multiplier effect: By working across campaigns, identity, and broader content, you’ll be a dot-connector to extract the most value from our efforts, including all channels at Frontify (owned and 3rd party)
