SUMMARY We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales and Marketing Associate to support our operations in the retail, digital payments & gift card industry. The role involves assisting with sales activities, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining relationships with retail and brand partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about digital products and gift card solutions that enhance customer experience and brand growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Marketing Marketing activities are completed effectively and efficiently, following global guidelines Lead specific projects from time to time that involve analysis of the market, the key players, sizing the opportunity, retailer or brand engagement, contract negotiation and overall coordination of bringing the product to market Support in the development and maintenance of marketing content and communications for marketing campaigns Support in the prepartions and plaining of focused content specifically for publication and sharing across different media channels, including social media posts, email, guides, brochures, newsletters and merchandise Drive campaigns through various communication systems, tools and social media platforms. Help and support with the organisation of attending trade shows and exhibitions Liaise with graphic and website designers Be the main point of contact for external designers, agencies and printers Co-ordinate requirements for promotional material Administrative Duties: Retailer/Product setup Reconciliation Customer Support such as responding to email queries, telephone queries and any other support required. Merchandising: Coordinate Field /in Store Marketing activities with Merchandisers Guide and Coach Merchandisers regarding epays products and portfolio REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS Fluent in English and Turkish Experience of meeting deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and oral skillsUniversity graduate with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.
