Description Granules Consumer Health (GCH) is Granules’ front-end products division for private label over the counter (OTC) products in the US products. GCH was established in 2014, to offer OTC generics that meet the highest level of quality at an affordable cost that is much more affordable than brand name product. As a Commercial Operations Assistant/Product Coordinator, you will take lead in sample fulfillment, assist Sales Directors with account specific requirements, and provide weekly updates in the project tracker. Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Maintain accurate customer data to ensure the successful execution of business campaigns. Help monitor and track customer Stock Status Reports Assist the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations on special projects as needed, such as RFP/RFQ, business review meetings. Maintain product samples both in bulk and in customer packaging Send product samples to customers and out for testing Create mockups Complete Customer/New Vendor forms. Effectively communicate to team the parts of documents that need to be completed with timelines. Maintain customer portals Item setup with customer and internally Facilitate completion of customer assessments Frequently communicate with customers. Update and maintain Market Share Database file Completing NIRF Forms and uploading them to GlassCubes Responding/ Assisting Regulatory team as needed Any reasonable request for upper management Primary customers: Kroger, CVS, Cardinal, Meijer, Ahold, ABC & Kaiser, Topco, AWG/Valu Merch, McKesson, Publix, BJ’s, Dollar Tree & Family Dollar Primary Customers: CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Cardinal, Meijer, Ahold, Cencora & Kaiser, Topco, Publix, BJ’s, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Sam’s, Albertson’s, Target, Medline/Centerwell, Shandex, Curist Reports to: Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing Requirements To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess strong communication skills (external and internal) and possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, execute tactical plans and keep abreast of any changes in the customer base. The ideal candidate must have strong organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Having demonstrated success working on cross functional teams tapping into the resources of various departments will be crucial, in addition to having the willingness to see projects through to their completion. Minimum Experience & Education Required 2+ years of experience in marketing/customer service. High school diploma / G.E.D Experience working with a retailer in the Mass, Drug, Dollar, or Food Class of trade Physical Requirements/Working Environment Knowledge & Skills Required: Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis on Excel) Adobe Packaging & Shipping Customer/Product Samples (internal/ external) Physical Requirements/Working Environment Sitting/Standing/Bending Lift up to 25lbs
