Description We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented Product Owner to lead Entain’s global offers planning and execution. This role is central to building, testing, and continuously improving both organic and enhanced promotional offers, ensuring measurable impact on acquisition, retention, and overall marketing performance. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and SQL expertise, a proven understanding of user acquisition, paid media, Affiliates, and performance KPIs, and deep knowledge of UK and international regulations within the betting and gaming industry. As the owner of this domain, you will define and manage the offers roadmap, collaborate closely with performance marketing, compliance, brand owners and legal teams, and ensure all offers are explained, documented, tested, validated, compliant, and optimized per channel. Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact and ultimate owner for all aspects of offers and promotions, holding complete knowledge of every live and upcoming organic and Enhanced offer. Build strong relationships with Brand Managers across all brands and regions to ensure full visibility, accuracy, and control over every detail. Roadmap & Strategy – Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Enhanced offers and testing, prioritizing initiatives that drive measurable impact on acquisition, retention, and ROI ensuring strategic alignment with marketing KPIs and business objectives. Testing & Validation – Own the end-to-end testing and validation of all enhanced offers, define and own the release criteria for all offers, establishing a robust QA and testing framework prior to production. Ensure every offer is accurately tested, validated, and fully tracked across all channels (e.g., Paid Media, Organic, Affiliates). Safeguard data integrity so attribution logic functions correctly, while continuously optimizing user funnels by delivering the right offer at the right stage. Regulatory & Compliance – Act as the subject matter expert on offer-related regulations across the UK and international markets, managing approvals with compliance and legal while safeguarding business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with performance marketing and other teams to design, test, and implement offers, ensuring adoption and measurable uplift. Data-Driven Optimization – Leverage SQL and advanced funnel analytics to evaluate offer performance, assess user impact, and prove contribution to marketing KPIs. Competitor Insights & Innovation – Actively bring forward new ideas and competitor intelligence (CI) to ensure Entain’s offers strategy remains market-leading. People & Influence – Build trust and strong collaboration across marketing, compliance, and legal, driving alignment in a highly regulated environment. Proven experience in product ownership or project management within Marketing or the Product field, managing operational resources and driving delivery. Requirements Strong SQL proficiency and experience conducting in-depth users funnels and performance analysis. Solid understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition, CRM, and paid media KPIs, with the ability to translate insights into impactful offers. Proven ability to test, validate, and optimize offers across multiple channels. Deep knowledge of UK regulations and international compliance standards related to betting, gambling, and promotional offers. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence and build trust with cross-functional stakeholders. Highly proactive, innovative, and results-oriented, with a track record of leveraging competitor insights (CI) into actionable strategies. Prior experience in the betting, gambling, or gaming industry (essential).
