MARKETING PRODUCTION SPECIALIST

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Marketing Production Specialist to support their implementation team. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and a collaborative mindset to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work with minimal supervision.
This role is fully remote working EST hours.

Marketing Production Specialist Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end creation and workflow of rate inserts with precision and efficiency.
• Design and produce marketing brochures using a self-service design tool.
• Coordinate print production and oversee shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the implementation team to align on marketing needs and timelines.
• Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are error-free before distribution.

Marketing Production Specialist Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Adobe.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Familiarity with voluntary benefits products is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in deliverables.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
