The Team: The Marketing Strategy & Operations team is part of global demand generation org, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations. This role reports to the Lead Marketing Production & Operations.. The Role: To meet the growing demand for asset production and distribution across our marketing organization we are expanding our global traffic management function. As part of a global team, you’ll ensure creative and marketing asset requests are processed efficiently, prioritized, and delivered on time. Working closely with operations, creatives, external agencies, and marketers across time zones, you’ll play a key role in orchestrating the flow of work - ensuring clarity, speed, and visibility in every step of the production process. The work you’ll do: Review incoming creative and asset requests submitted through our intake and work management system (Monday.com) Ensure requests are complete, clarify missing details, and route them to the appropriate internal team or external vendor Maintain a holistic overview of all active creative projects. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables. Prioritize workload based on deadlines, campaign tier, and business priorities Monitor active projects, track timelines, and proactively flag risks or potential delays Manage internal resource allocation and external agency capacity to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and timelines are met. Coordinate with external partners for specific needs such as slide deck design or translations. Maintain dashboards and reports on production team capacity, turnaround times, and SLA adherence. The qualifications you need: 2–3 years in a traffic coordinator, production manager, or creative ops role - in a global marketing team or creative agency environment Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the end-to-end process involved in creative production and channel activation (e.g. design creation, video production, motion design, copy writing, localization, etc.) Familiarity with marketing workflows and the role of creative assets within marketing campaigns. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to estimate project timelines based on complexity. Experience with project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
