OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketeer to join our busy sales team operating within the Food and Drink Industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions across multiple channels. This role requires a strong knowledge within both the retail and hotel sector. Hours to be agreed and will be an office based role, working with the existing sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on B2B marketing preferred and entry into supermarkets.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including content marketing, e-commerce strategies, and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • To occasionally visit restaurants and hotels both new and existing clients to win new business and strengthen existing relationships.

• Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
• Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms, including content and creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
• To help in re organizing the sales team where necessary and drive add on sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and support advertising sales initiatives, which change on a monthly basis to maximise sales.
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources across various channels.
