Description of the department The marketing team is responsible for producing the corporate marketing and product marketing literature, creation of content for client communications, presentations and brochures. The team also manages a series of sponsored and proprietary events, alongside awards, rankings, and surveys. Your role and responsibilities will include: Assist on the updating and implementation of corporate marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and corporate presentations Collaborate on the execution of relevant communication campaigns Support on the planning and execution of events (proprietary and sponsored) including assisting on coordination of target client lists, invitation templates, and event reporting Assist with managing marketing deliverables (including giveaways, advertising) for key sponsorships Assist and support the development of marketing items Proofreading and copywriting for email, website, social media Support the communications team for any project in collaboration between marketing and communications Assist with the preparation of newsletters and reports Maintain the databases of images, videos, and biographies Assist with the dissemination of communications from Eloqua (mailshot system) Update digital assets (microsites, SharePoint, etc.) Marketing compliance – assistance with implementing compliance considerations across marketing materials and use of Salesforce to log activities Education Skills & Experience Education Studying for a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Management or Marketing on a 4-year University degree course with 3rd year work placement included Skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team within an international and fast-moving environment Interest in investing and financial markets Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc Analytical ability, and attention to detail Willingness to learn about relatively complex products Ability to distil complex concepts into easily understood messages Ability to interact with and influence internal stakeholders Effective communication including verbal, written, and presentational Creative thinking, to be able to challenge processes, use of systems or marketing collateral content. An interest in marketing technology and tools is beneficial Fluency in English, ability to proofread marketing material (in English) Experience Previous internship experience would be beneficial, especially within careers that demand precise attention to detail.
