About the Role The Global Campaigns & Regional Field Marketing Specialist executes all local marketing activities to support pipeline creation, brand awareness, and customer engagement within the assigned region. On the Global side, the Global Campaigns & Regional Field Marketing Specialist manages Cimatron eMailing and Automation tools, Global campaigns, and supports all regions with campaigns creation, planification, execution and reporting. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Localization Deploy digital and traditional marketing campaigns aligned with BU marketing strategy. Localize central marketing materials (web, print, social, video) for regional needs. Create, Prepare and execute email marketing campaigns and follow-ups. Ensure consistent brand representation in English and local languages. Events, Webinars & Tradeshows Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events, seminars, customer visits, and tradeshows. Manage registrations, logistics, booth materials, catering, travel coordination, etc. Collect and process leads from events via CRM. Content and communication support Develop and adapt global and local content (press releases, newsletters, case studies, videos, graphics). Support social media activity with localized posts and visual assets. Work closely with regional partners for co-marketing. Coordinate with agencies for translation, graphic creation, or event logistics Provide local insights on customer needs, competitive activity, and trends. Lead and funnel support Ensure timely processing of inbound website leads and regional MQLs. Collaborate with Sales to improve MQL→SQL conversion quality. Maintain campaign tracking and reporting dashboards. Qualifications Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. +10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B software or industrial solutions. Experience in event management, digital campaign execution, and content coordination. Knowledge & skills Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent). Strong knowledge in digital marketing (email, social media, SEO basics). Basic graphic and content-editing ability (Canva, PowerPoint, simple video edits). Fluent in English Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Proactive, hands‑on execution mindset. Ability to collaborate across sales, technical teams, and marketing stakeholders. Attention to detail and strong reliability. Customer- and results-oriented mindset.
