The Marketing Program Director, Wealth Management is responsible for developing and executing fully integrated marketing programs designed to help Equitable Advisors and Wealth Management branches grow their practices, generate leads and deepen client opportunities. This role will lead the strategy, design and delivery of field-ready, turnkey marketing campaigns and toolkits that advisors and branches can deploy to target specific client segments, professional niches and affiliation groups. Programs span digital and traditional channels and include comprehensive toolkits such as emails campaigns, social media content, digital advertising, events, training and practice management support. Working closely with broker/dealer marketing, commercial line marketing, advanced markets team, sales teams, training, practice management, creative, compliance and communications teams the Marketing Programs Director ensures programs are data-informed scalable, easy to adopt, and effective in driving measurable business outcomes. A core responsibility of this role is leveraging data and book of business insights to identify opportunities where targeted marketing programs can drive growth - such as client life events, asset concentration risks, generational wealth transfer, or underpenetrated segments. What You’ll Be Doing · Develop and lead fully integrated, advisor facing repeatable and scalable marketing programs that drive growth, lead generation, and client engagement. · Use data and book-of-business insights to identify target segments, niches and opportunities for program development. · Create turnkey marketing toolkits across email, social, digital, events, education-based marketing, community engagement suggestions, client presentation and content that advisors can easily use in the field · Develop thematic programs around key business opportunities such as the Great Wealth Transfer, retirement income planning, tax-aware investing, and multi- generational wealth planning. · Partner closely with Wealth Management teams such as the broker/dealer, training and practice management teams to support advisor education, adoption and execution. · Design and support niche, affiliation, and branch-level marketing programs. · Drive internal awareness and adoption of programs through training, communications and field enablement. · Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product marketing, advanced markets team, asset management, creative, enterprise thought leadership and compliance teams. · Collaborate with branch leadership and field teams to identify high-potential niches and affiliation opportunities. · Share best practices and insights across Equitable Advisors, training, and field leadership. · Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed to support program development and execution. · Define success metrics for advisor programs, including lead generation, adoption, engagement and conversion. · Measure program performance and continuously optimize based on data and advisor feedback. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week in our Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $125,000-$140,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program What You Will Bring Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field · 10+ years of marketing experience · Marketing experience within financial services, wealth management, or asset management fields · Expertise on integrated marketing channels including social media, email, content and events · Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to inform marketing strategy, segmentation and program deployment · Proven success developing advisor facing marketing and lead-generation turnkey programs, including niche and affiliation initiatives Preferred Qualifications · Experience supporting financial advisor field distribution or branch networks. · Strong ability to collaborate and ability to influence across various teams to drive advisor adoption and results. · Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. · Deep understanding of advisor books of business, how advisors run their practice and client lifecycle opportunities. · Strong program management skills including planning prioritization, timelines and resource coordination. · Capability of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to simplify complex ideas. · Strong presentation skills and storytelling skills · Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels. · Customer-centric and advisor-first mindset. Marketing Strategy and Positioning: Knowledge of market research, segmentation, and channels; ability to use business models to develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics as well as establishing a communications plan. Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
