Job Description The successful candidate must be self-motivated with a passion for Marketing. This person must be able to function well in a diverse team. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, prioritise and be able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for documentation control, project reporting, and PM support to ensure team efficiency. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Liaising with clients – ensuring a smooth transition and closing all loops (interested and not interested clients) Maintain and update status report Organize, attend, and record minutes for project meetings. Assist PM in administration support Identify, escalate, and help resolve bottlenecks. Assist with Quality Control Skills and Competencies: High attention to detail, MS Office proficiency, Organizational skills, Documentation management. Strong communication, Time management, Problem-solving Qualifications Diploma or higher in Communication design or a similar creative field. Experience with: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
