Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support within the Marketing team
  • Plan, coordinate and follow up on external and internal Marketing seminars, workshops and

conferences

  • Organize logistics for congresses and trade fairs and coordinate professional travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure timely delivery of Marketing materials
  • Support our Product Managers in collecting, compiling and evaluating sales statistics and reports
  • Assist our Product Managers in gathering, analyzing and assessing market and competitor

intelligence

  • Draft and proofread correspondence confidently in German and English, including translations,

presentation support and preparation of meeting minutes

  • Support the management with administrative tasks related to the company website
  • Prepare and organize business performance meetings and internal events
