• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives across new and existing communities.
• Help manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (web, email, signage, digital), ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Support the organization of sales and homeowner events, including logistics and on-site support.
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of materials and services.
• Assist in maintaining the presentation of sales centers and model homes, including updating displays and marketing collateral.
• Help track marketing budgets and process invoices to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Take initiative in addressing and resolving challenges as they arise.
