Description About the Role At SimplyPMG, the Marketing Project Coordinator bridges the gap between creative vision and business execution. In this role, you will coordinate marketing campaigns from initial concept to final delivery. This role will oversee workflows, adjusting budgets, and coordinate with designers and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met under the guidance of the Creative Director. Additionally, this role is highly involved in the marketing execution across our three primary growth channels: Distributed Retail, Consumer Direct, and Wholesale. Key Responsibilities Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the Creative Director, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders. Timeline & Asset Management: Develop detailed project timelines, content calendars, and workflows to ensure all creative and marketing assets are delivered on time. Budget Tracking: Monitor project spending and adjust resources effectively to ensure campaigns stay within the approved budget. Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, editors, digital marketers, and external vendors/freelancers. Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives across all growth channels. Risk Management: Identify potential project roadblocks and troubleshoot issues before they delay campaign launches. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required. Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or project coordination/management. Platform Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of project management and collaboration software such as Monday.com Marketing Knowledge: Foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, social media strategies, SEO, Google Marketing Platform and content creation. Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams. Language Skills: Must be proficient in English both written and spoken.
