Job Description Interested in applying your scientific background to the world of marketing and scientific communication? QIMA Life Sciences is seeking a Marketing Project Leader - Cosmetics to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who: Has a knack for understanding complex scientific subjects and repackaging them into engaging content and formats. Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Has strong English writing skills and is fluent in spoken English. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director Marketing & Communications – Life Sciences, you will collaborate closely with the different members of the Marketing team, Laboratory and Sales team, as well as external partners (graphic designers, freelancers, agencies). Your tasks will include: Develop scientific and marketing communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, posters) for cosmetic claims. Implement social media and email campaigns and write content for website pages and blog articles. Coordinate and prepare webinars, including slides, speaker scripts, and presentations. Manage abstract submission and coordinate follow-up for conferences and trade shows. Ensure the aesthetic quality of your work and adherence to the company’s graphic charter. Integrate new services into marketing efforts resulting from internal or external growth. Provide regular reports on your activities, ROI of your campaigns and KPIs. Contribute to the inbound marketing strategy and the communication plan. Manage the marketing budget associated with your function. Qualifications Qualifications: Ensuring scientific accuracy in all our materials is crucial to us. Therefore, we are seeking an individual with advanced scientific training (Master’s degree/PhD) in biology or a related field, capable of conducting scientific bibliography research. The ideal candidate possesses both scientific and marketing skills, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a cosmetic B2B service and innovation company. Additional qualifications include: Familiarity with hair and skin biology, in vitro, ex vivo, and clinical testing environments, and knowledge of the cosmetics sector. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, French is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or other design software is a plus.
