Job Title: Marketing Project Manager Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST Job Overview: We’re helping our client, a ritual-shifting, mushroom-powered brand rethinking mornings and fueling human potential find a Marketing Project Manager to keep creative campaigns and brand initiatives on track. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and cross-functional brand initiatives. You’ll be the central hub between creative, brand, and growth teams, ensuring everything moves from idea to execution seamlessly, on time and on budget. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives. Create timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate across teams to ensure seamless execution. Partner with brand, creative, and growth teams to align priorities and resources. Track deliverables and dependencies, escalating blockers before they become issues. Own project documentation (briefs, schedules, updates) to keep everyone aligned. Lead post-mortems to extract learnings and improve processes. 3–5 years of project management experience in a similar vertical (ideally with a marketing or creative team). Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar). Strong organizational skills to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and cross-functional. Proactive, solutions-first mindset. Nice-to-Have: Experience with CPG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
