Bulk Handling Systems (BHS) is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & PR team. What You’ll Do Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across marketing projects and events Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and file structures for marketing operations Support social media scheduling, content creation, and account management Track budgets, project spending, and prepare leadership updates Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment Keep everything organized—from spreadsheets to creative assets What You Bring 2+ years in marketing project coordination or administration Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business preferred Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Monday, MS Project) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn creative tools like Canva or Adobe products Bonus: Experience with social media, digital campaigns, or advertising planning
