With Sumsub’s customizable KYC, KYB, transaction monitoring and fraud prevention solutions, you can orchestrate your verification process, welcome more customers worldwide, meet compliance requirements, reduce costs and protect your business.
Sumsub has over 2,500 clients across the fintech, crypto, transportation, trading and gaming industries including Bitpanda, Wirex, Avis, Bybit, Huobi, Kaizen Gaming, and TransferGo.
We want to pack our educational courses as a separate brand. We need a Product / Project Marketing Manager, who can help us with driving leads to our courses. This person will work together as a Marketing partner with the Academy team that is responsible for the educational design and content.
GENERATING LEADS AND INCREASING BRAND AWARENESS OF SUMSUB’S EDUCATIONAL COURSES:
- Performing consumer research to understand key customer segments and identify opportunities.
- Crafting GTM plans for Sumsub’s courses to ensure their success.
- Developing value propositions and messaging that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our solutions in the market.
- Developing marketing assets, such as landing pages, promo creatives, and other materials to support campaigns.
- Executing omnichannel marketing campaigns: planning, launching, and analyzing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Establishing KPIs: setting measurable goals, forecasting results, and tracking performance to ensure business outcomes are met.
WORKING ON NEW EDUCATIONAL COURSES:
- Building compelling narratives and content.
- Managing the speaker lineup, from identifying potential speakers to outreach, coordination, and confirmation.
- Collaborating with other teams on content creation.
ABOUT YOU:
- 5+ years of marketing/product marketing experience in SaaS/B2B companies
- Experience in edtech, an experience building business-led educational courses is an advantage
- Experience managing complex projects
- Master’s degree in business, marketing or management, or equivalent working experience
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Experience in managing complex, omnichannel, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience in market research and customer segmentation
- Excellent team communication skills, ability to build the right connections and inspire the sales team and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and solve tasks in a short time and under the pressure of a highly competitive market.
- Proactivity and responsibility.
Essential hard skills: brand & product marketing, leading omnichannel campaigns (as a project manager), experience in leading marketing for educational courses.
Would be great to have: experience building similar courses for companies.
Soft skills: we’re looking for a proactive person, always ready to generate new ideas and execute them. Someone with a “startup mindset” would be a perfect fit for our team.
