Are you passionate about fairs and events as a powerful marketing channel? As a Marketing Project Manager at Glamox, you will be responsible for planning and executing trade shows and events across multiple countries.
Glamox, a leading global supplier of sustainable lighting solutions, is seeking a Marketing Project Manager – Trade Shows and Events to drive and execute our international event strategy for Glamox’s Marine Offshore and Wind division, taking our trade show presence to the next level.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing trade shows and events, preferably in a B2B context.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with fluency in Norwegian.
- Business acumen and the ability to view trade shows and events as strategic marketing channels.
- Relevant higher education. Particularly relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

By collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help strengthen customer relationships, enhance brand visibility, and create opportunities for growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for trade shows and events, with a focus on raising their effectiveness and impact.
- Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of trade shows and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align activities with business objectives.
- Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Evaluate event performance and implement improvements to continually enhance outcomes.
