Join our snack-loving team! We’re looking for a Product to Market (P2M) Project Manager to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? Keep reading – this might just be your next adventure!
Are you a natural organiser with a passion for bringing ideas to life? This is a brilliant opportunity to lead exciting product change projects that shape the future of some of the UK’s best-loved snack brands. As a Project Manager in our Product to Market team, you’ll take the lead on a variety of projects—from new flavour launches to packaging redesigns and material changes—ensuring they land smoothly from concept to shelf.
You’ll work at the heart of the action, collaborating with teams across Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. It’s a fast-paced, people-focused role where your ability to plan, influence and problem-solve will make a real difference. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our sustainability and health & nutrition goals, helping us deliver great products in a responsible way.
If you enjoy variety, thrive on cross-functional teamwork, and are motivated by seeing projects through from start to finish, this role offers a rewarding next step in your project management career.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • You’ll bring a strong base of knowledge, ideally with a degree in Business or a related field, along with a working understanding of functions like Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, R&D or Commercial to help connect the dots across teams.
  • Your skills will strengthen the team, particularly your ability to lead and motivate others, stay organised in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
  • You’ll ideally have experience in project management within the food industry, but we also value transferable skills—especially if you’ve worked on complex projects or in cross-functional roles that required clear communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • We welcome applicants who may not meet every requirement—if you’re curious, proactive and eager to develop your knowledge in areas like packaging development or artwork and print processes, we’ll support your learning journey.
  • Most importantly, you’ll reflect our KP values, bringing determination, a mindset for continuous improvement, and a willingness to challenge the status quo, all while building strong, positive relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of product change projects – from new flavours to packaging redesigns – ensuring they land on time, in full, and aligned with our brand and business goals.
  • Own the challenge of managing multiple timelines, risks and stakeholders across fast-moving projects, keeping momentum while navigating complexity with confidence.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement and Site teams to drive alignment, clarity and shared ownership of project success.
  • Drive visible impact by supporting our People & Planet agenda – ensuring projects contribute to sustainability, health and nutrition targets as well as commercial objectives.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our systems and processes, with the opportunity to train others and continuously improve how we take products to market.
