Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assume a pivotal role in orchestrating, managing, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of marketing projects and programs, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Serve as the driving force behind the execution and launch of marketing initiatives, meticulously prioritizing tasks based on Marketing objectives and priorities.
  • Foster strong collaborations across various teams, establishing clear accountability and streamlined communication to guarantee cohesive planning, goal-setting, and execution of marketing activities.
  • Continually assess and refine the team’s processes and methodologies, aiming to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability, ensuring that the marketing department consistently achieves excellence and delivers value.
  • Lead post-campaign retrospectives, documenting insights and ensuring they inform future initiatives.
  • Train marketing team members on project workflows, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent, efficient execution.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that optimize the way we run and manage projects.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

You’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience managing complex marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives, ideally in SaaS, media, or creator-focused tech environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing programs on time and within scope, with measurable business results.
  • Deep fluency in project management methodologies and the ability to tailor approaches to fit team needs.
  • Strong experience with campaign retrospectives, process training, and workflow optimization to continuously improve team performance.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Notion) and comfort interpreting marketing metrics to guide prioritization.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while keeping multiple priorities moving forward.

  • A talent for turning complexity into clarity and transforming challenges into opportunities that move projects forward.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Design and Content operations teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
  • A proven ability to build relationships by understanding the unique needs and working styles of different functional marketing teams.
