We are seeking a Project Manager for our Corporate Office in Kirkland, WA. This position will be an hourly management position. What You Do: The Project Manager’s primary responsibilities include: scheduling and maintaining accurate and timely marketing and creative projects, managing designer workloads, liaising with property team managers, and reviewing and editing copy. Key Responsibilities Project Review: First eyes on creative briefs to ensure they are thorough and complete, work with property managers to acquire all necessary content for the design team. Project Tracking: Keep projects on time using a project management system to schedule and enforce timelines. Proactively identify project risks, mitigate issues, and solve problems to keep projects on track. Liaison & Communication: Act as the first point of contact between the creative team and property managers. Quality Control: Review and edit copy and project updates to ensure accuracy and alignment with copywriter and creative director. Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience as a Project Manager in a marketing or advertising agency. Software Proficiency: Experience with project management tools (Wrike or similar). Basic understanding of design terminology. Microsoft Suite. Communication: Excellent verbal, writing, and editing skills for client-facing and internal communications. High level of consistency and attention to detail. Organization: Extremely organized and capable of juggling 100+ projects on a daily basis. Support: Assisting the VP of Marketing, the Creative Director, the creative team, and the copywriter as needed. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
